At saintdisk each piece is individually handcrafted to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our process, every piece is unique, and as such, your piece will differ slightly from the image listed on our website.

Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All saintdisk pieces are carefully packaged and sent via tracked and insured delivery. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.
Please note that each item is made to order and that it will take 3-6 weeks for your item to ship once ordered.
We offer free shipping to the UK. If you're ordering from outside the UK, customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
All saintdisk pieces are made to order, and many include custom-selected elements such as metal type, ring size, or stone choice. We do not accept returns on custom or personalised pieces.
We do accept returns on non-custom items. If eligible, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging and condition.
We do not offer resizing at this time. However, some repairs may be possible depending on the piece. Please contact us to discuss your options — repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and priced accordingly.
