Terms of Service
Welcome to saintdisk. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
saintdisk is a UK-based jewelry brand. All products are designed and crafted to order. Our studio address is available upon request.
2. Orders & Customisation
Most pieces are made to order and may include custom elements selected by you, such as metal type, ring size, and stone choice.
Please ensure all details are correct before purchasing.
Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through our checkout platform. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
For custom pieces, full payment is required upfront before production begins.
4. Delivery
We offer tracked and insured delivery for all orders. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the piece and your location.
Please refer to our lead time guide for more information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or other external factors.
5. Cancellations & Returns
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-cancellable and non-returnable, as they are crafted to your specifications.
For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
6. Repairs
We do not offer resizing. However, repairs may be possible in certain cases and priced accordingly. Please contact us to discuss your options.
