How to look after your jewellery

In time, everything succumbs to the marching of entropy. But with proper care, your saintdisk pieces will last thousands of years.

We recommend storing your jewellery in a cool dry place when it isn't being worn, and to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.

Even the finest precious metals will tarnish over time, this is the copper in the alloy oxidising. In most cases this can be cleaned off with a polishing cloth. To minimise oxidation, insure your jewellery is cleaned before long term storage.

If your jewellery becomes dirty, gently clean under warm soapy water with a soft bristled brush.

Scratching and denting is sadly an inevitability when wearing fine jewellery due to the relative softness of silver and gold. We like to think that every mark on a ring is a glimpse into the history of that object.

If your object becomes seriously damaged, please contact us, and we may be able to repair it for you.
